About Me
Mel
I joined the Defense Force a little later in life, drawn to the challenge and purpose it offered. While it was a significant chapter, it came with its difficulties, and some of those experiences deeply affected me. When I left, my mental health wasn’t in the best place, and not long after, I faced a profound loss that shook me to my core.
After months of grief and anxiety, I realized I couldn’t continue living the way I was. I knew something had to change, so I began searching for ways to heal. That’s when I discovered breathwork, which became a turning point in my life.
Through breathwork, I learned to process my experiences and reconnect with myself. It gave me the space to heal, not just emotionally but on every level—mentally, physically, and spirituality. Now, I’m deeply passionate about sharing this practice with others, offering a compassionate and holistic approach to healing and transformation, as I slowly add on services that align with building a holistic practice with a heap of beautiful supporting modalities.

Our group events are a wonderful way to connect with others while diving into the healing power of breath. Each session is thoughtfully designed to create a supportive, nurturing environment where you can let go of what no longer serves you and reconnect with your true self. With elements like sound healing, guided meditation, and even the presence of horses, these experiences are both powerful and grounding.
